How can I change my address and personal information?
If your plan allows address and phone changes to be made online, select the Address & phone tab in My Profile. You can view your plan's rules regarding address changes under Administer my plan in Plan Rules.

How is my loan availability determined?
The IRS limits plan loans to the lesser of one-half of your vested balance or $50,000 in any 12-month period. Your highest total loan balance within the last 12 months is deducted from the amount eligible for a loan to determine the actual available amount. Your employer may place further restrictions on the available loan amount.

How can I designate or change beneficiaries?
If your plan allows beneficiary changes to be made online, select Beneficiaries on My Profile You can view your plan's rules regarding beneficiary changes under Administer my plan in Plan Rules

How can I take a loan from my plan?
