Christian Brothers Services (CBS) respects the privacy of  visitors to our Website, and we are committed to protecting the information entrusted to our care. We are honoring that commitment by disclosing here the nature of the limited information that is collected from www.cbservices.org and how such information is used.

Information Collected
CBS collects personal information (including, but not limited to: name, e-mail address, home address and Social Security or account numbers) through login and other online registrations, surveys, forms, and email. Collection of Information about Children. CBS does not knowingly collect, use, or maintain any information through our websites from children who are under the age of 13.

CBS, as administrator for Christian Brothers plans and programs, may use the information collected in the course of administering any of the Christian Brothers plans and programs as necessary to provide the highest level of services, plan/program information, and educational activities to our visitors.

Personal information provided by our visitors is shared only as described below. CBS does not rent, sell or trade any personal information it collects to anyone. CBS, as administrator for Christian Brothers plans and programs, may share the information collected with its affiliates and it may use the information collected in the course of administering any of the Christian Brothers plans and programs as necessary to provide the highest level of services, plan/program information, and educational activities to our visitors.

CBS contracts services from third parties during the course of administering Christian Brothers plans/programs. To the extent that these services require personal information to be shared, that information will be provided so that the vendor may carry out their contractual duties. All vendors are contractually required to use the information only as specified within the parameters of their agreement(s) with CBS which also provide for protection of the information.

CBS may aggregate statistics that are gathered about our visitors, services used, traffic patterns, and services through our monitoring of logged information as described above. CBS may provide these statistics to third parties; however, when we do, these statistics will not include any personal information that identifies individuals.
